I Brief Introduction

The machine uses the pump to pull the fowl manure, cow dung, etc. into dewater equipment , the material through the screen and then press by the screw , the rotary speed of the machine can reach 45r/min , within the press of the screen and high rotary speed , the material will be dewatered by the machine , and the water will enter into the pool through screen.

we use the particular pump to pump the animal manure from the manure pit into the machine. And then, the pressing screw at a speed of 45 circles / minute  in the screen will push the original manure inside the machine. The solid material will be pressed by the solid state podetium at the exit of the machine. Inside, the waste water will be filtrate by the screen and then flow out of the machine into the marsh gas tank. The capacity of the animal manure dewatering mahcine is related with the time of the store of the manure in the pit, the dense and the sliminess of the manure. The average capacity of the machine is : 4~6 of the cow manure. The main parts' power: 4-5.5KW; the water inclusion level of the solid manure after process is :40-50% . After this process the manure can be put into bags directly. After the natural fermentation, the manure  can be used as the fertilizer.
