This type of machine is suitable for liquid and semi liquid without gas. It automatically count inlet bottles, quantifiably fill each bottle, and deliver outlet bottle. It is especially good for filling SL, EC, SC, Edible oil, lubrication. This filler is an idea choice for foodstuff, pharmacy cosmetic chemical, and pesticide factories.
1. This filler adopts PLC to control the filling process. Touch screen control panel makes it easy to set. It has wide application.
2. The filler takes advantage of the advanced Mechanic Electronics technology. You can change the packing specifications by changing parameter on the touch screen. Not only all the 16 filling heads can be regulated, but also each filling head can be regulated respectively.
3. Touch screen technology makes the machine more reliable and handy as a friendly man-machine interface. Photoelecticity sensor, approximate switch and other elements are of international famous brand, it ensures no bottle miss filling. It will alarm if the bottle is blocked.
4. It uses diving method to fill bottles; you can choose different sealing rings to meet different filling material.
5. It meets the GMP requirements, it is easy to disassemble, clean and maintain. And the parts which contact with the filling products are made of high quality stainless steel. The whole machine is safe, eco-friendly and sanitary. It adapts to several working places.
