 Introduction 

Charcoal/biomass briquette are renewable, eco-friendly energy especially for agricultural countries.

This plant can make charcoal stick with different diameter and shape from biomass and agro-forest waste, any type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used. But the moisture content should be less than 12%, size smaller than 5*5mm.

Main materials

Groundnut shell, sugarcane biogases, caster shell/stalk, sawdust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk, tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, 

palm husk, soybean husk, coir pitch bark/straw, rice husk, forestry waste, wood chips and many other agricultural waste.

Process

Material (branch) → Wood Crusher → Dryer → Briquette machine→Carbonization Furnace

Main machine

1. Wood Crusher

 To crush the material into small pieces, such as sawdust.

2. Wood Dryer

To dry the small pieces, make them more dry

3. Wood Charcoal Briquette Machine

To press the small pieces into stick or other different shaps.

4. Carbonization Furnace

To carbonize the shaped product into charcoal.

Main capacity: 0.5-10t/d

Main data: 2.5t raw materials could get one ton wood charcoal.
