The HCG Thermal pad coated with fiberglass is a composite which consisted by the low modulus polymer attached to the glass fiber substrate, with a high shear strength, not easy to break and superior insulation, so the product can be used as a filler between the machine’s contact interface.
The thickness is generally no more than 1.0mm
Features:
The thermal conductive silicon pad coated with fiberglass has Low hardness with superior insulation. Enhanced the shear strength of the products because of the fiberglass is coated, and the product has highly piercing and tearing resistance. Its widely used in Electronics Industry.
