Waste Fridge recycling Plant

shredded and crushed to small pieces, which improving separation rate
Primary with twin-shaft shredder, secondary with vertical crusher. - Multi separators used for separating fridge elements
Cyclone separator for PUR & dust
Magnetic separator for ferrous
ECS<Eddy Current Separator>for nonferrous - Intelligent Electrical Control System
Fully controlled by PLC, real time monitoring all procedures
Gas detector Monitor and alarm system, detecting pentane flammable gas
Realtime status display, show each equipment working conditions
Touch Screen Control, enable worker easy to operate whole plant - Shredder/Crusher
Twin-shaft shredder in low speed with high torque,
enable fridge frames are shredded into proper size in seconds;
Vertical crusher with innovated kneading technology,
metal twist into small round pieces
Improving separation efficience in next separation stages - Safety System
Whole procedure run in negative pressure condition, vent-pipe in the enclosed
room, dangerous gas/dust discharged during processing.
Cameras show realtime working status of the whole plant,
and detectors monitoring flammable gas <such as Pentane>, ensure
plant runs in safe condition.
Water and Nitrogen Spray system enable plant in safe condition when
flammable gas/dust exceed limited rate. - Final Outputs
Nonferrous; ferrous; plastic; PUR separated by
each separator. and recovered by high rate
