We own a manufacturing facility with an area of about 40 thousand squre meters with advanced processing equipments, so we can meet great demands from customers from domestic and overseas market.
Unlike the other small factories VARY is not only the equipment & system manufacturer but also waste recycler that operates with our own long-term tested & proved recycling equipment & system, and engages in waste deep processing & regeneration for nonferrous metal & precious metal. Refrigerator Harmless Treatment & Resource Recycling System can meet your capacity requirement from 25 set/h to 140 sets/h.
High recovery rate.
PUR foam recovery rate is above 90%,
ferrous recovery rate is above 95%,
non-ferrous recovery rate is above 90%,
plastic recovery rate ia above 90%.
No secondary pollution
The whole machinery is operated under isolated negative pressure. With pulse bag filter, activated carbon filter, and dust collection systems, low noise and dust are generated, which ensures good environment for workers.
Less and Easy maintenance
After about ten years of developing, we have improved the design and processing technology. Main spare parts are imported from well-known foreign countires to ensure low wear cost and reliability of the whole machiery.
Low Power Consumption
This machinery runs under normal industrial voltage, which saves you large amount of investment in building transformer substation.
