Scrap metal recycling machinery is self-reseached and self-manufactured by VARY with exclusive independent intellectual property rights. We use low speed high torque twin-shaft shredder to reduct material volume. Then use high-speed roller vertical crusher to knead scraps into pherical shapes for further volume reduction, meanwhile, painting and stains are removed. With magnetic separation and eddy current separation, plastic, ferrous meta and non-ferrous metal can be separated easily.
