1. Technique Introduction
It is an integrative equipment for PCB baseplate shedding and metal and non-metal separation. At first electronic components are cut off from baseplate by automatic machine. Then baseplates go to shedding and separation equipment. Finally metal and non-metal powder can be obtained. This equipment has been combined the most advanced shedding and separation techniques in the world and adopted unique process technique. It works in enclosed environment and no waste water, dust or poisonous gas give off during production. High commendations have been frequently given by relevant ministries.

March 2007, organized by National Ministry of Information Industries, an identification conference was held according to this equipment. The committee of experts all firmly believed this equipment owns intellectual property rights. It's an innovative equipment to separate metal and non-metal. 1. The electronic components cutting machine is able to remove metal blocks, plastic, wire and electronic components from baseplate. Materials are recovered maximize.

4. High metal recovery rate which reaches 95%-98%. Metal content in on-metal powder is less than 1%.
