colored cast acrylic rods is made from high quality PVC/PMMA granular raw material.
The melted raw material is first injected in the mould and then wait for cooling.When the temperature is low,the plate shapes up.
PVC(Polyvinyl chloride polymer) is composed of vinyl chloride polymerization under the action of a initiator of the thermoplastic resin.Industrial production of PVC molecular weight is in commonly 50000 ~ 50000 range,with a larger polydispersity,molecular weight increased with the decreasing of polymerization temperature.Have good mechanical properties,around 60 mpa tensile strength, impact strength 5 ~ 10 kj/m2.Have excellent dielectric properties and good hardness.
