Instruction of Pneumatic Ball Valve Series

Pneumatic actuator: Use new-style AT pneumatic actuator, it has Double acting and Single acting (Spring return). Design according to rack-and-pinion structure.. Big diameter valve install AW type pneumatic actuator, AW pneumatic actuator design according to pull-plug type structure, it have more large torque, and has Double acting and Single acting (Spring return). Shell Structure: The body material design as casting structure, forging structure and all-welded construction according to different working conditions environment.

Feat seat structure: Floating ball valve use lip elastic seal, it has better sealability and longer working life. For the low pressure and ultra low pressure or vacuum condition, it adopts leaf spring loading to keep longer sealability. Material of middle temperature and high temperature ball valve adopt pare-position toluene and metal.

Firesafe Structure: Ball valve according to the working conditions environment to design as Firesafe structure. Ball valve fireproof design mgf.API6D and JB/T6889

Anti-static structure: To prevent static spark, we install a static guiding device on valve, and educe electric charge on valve.

Pressure Grade: 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa, 6.4MPa, 10.0MPa.

Body material and Application Medium: C (Water, Stem, Oil and Liquefied Gas etc.)

                                 P (Corrosive Medium, Such as nitric acid etc.)

                                 R (Corrosive Medium, Such as nitric acid etc.)

Special Medium: Natural gas containing sulphureted hydrogen; transportation system fro coal powder or aluminum powder used for the smelting of steel and non-ferrous metal; mediums used for the transportation of paper pulp in papermaking industry as well as other mediums containing granules or staple fiber etc.
