SUMMARY
CZ-UV50A spray line is widely used for coating kinds of plastics ,it can spray lots of colors,specially for auto lamp,high-end cosmetics,etc. This machine can realize dedusting booth ,painting booth ,IR leveling booth,UV curing booth and cooling all in just one line. CZ-UV90A integrates HMI ,PLC, Automatic spray gun and advanced control system.
2.SPRAY PROCESS
1)Primer painting: load panels on line—electrostatic cleaning—UV base painting—IR leveling preheating—UV curing—cooling—off line
2)Vacuum coating: load panels in CZ-1800EL vacuum machine—metalizing—unload products
3)Top painting: load panels on line—electrostatic cleaning—top painting—IR leveling preheating—UV curing—cooling—unload panels (made-up articles)
