Pressure Principle

  low-pressure atomizing nozzle is the most widely used and therefore a large range of capacities and spray patterns are available.Liquid capacity ,air capacity and droplet sizes can be adjusted by regulating the air and liquid feed pressures and the two fluids are mixed inside the  low-pressure atomizing nozzle prior to be ejected.

Design Feature:

1.Pressure Type water air mixing nozzle
Air pressure and liquid pressure both are demanded.

With needle, the flow rate could be adjusted by screwing the needle; or, flow rate could not be adjustable.

2. For pressure type  low-pressure atomizing nozzle , there are THREE spray pattern:

Flat Fan spray pattern , Round Spray pattern, and wide angle spray pattern.

3.Inner structural design makes liquid and air mix fine, then sprays fine. Normally, we could increase the air pressure or reduce the liquid pressure, so that we could make the  low-pressure atomizing nozzle sprays more fine droplets( about 30micron).

4.Keeping liquid pressure and air pressure unchanged, as water air mixing nozzle could adjust liquid flow rate, then it also could spray according to your requirement.
