Applicable scope

Working principle

• Preheated water in the upper tank injected to the processing tank directly

• Recycle pump recycle the sterilizing water of upper and processing tank to the set temperature and hold in a certain temperature

• After sterilization, the sterilizing water could be collected to thr upper tank to be used in next batch

• The cooling water inject to the autoclave directly

• PLC program control to standardize the sterilization

• The sterilizing water are preheated, the higher initial temperature shorten the sterilizing time and ensure the quality of products

• the sterilizing water pumped to the upper tank after sterilizing, save steam and water
