The traffic signal poles adopt casting in one time ,and the weld seam of steel post (Q235)must be smooth and flat .The error between the hump part and flat part of steel post must be less than ±1mm .Adopt automatic argon arc welding ,and flaw detection conforms to the demands of international welding standard GB/T3323-1989111.The muff-coupling of two posts use bolt and jackscrew to fix .

2.The antiseptic treatment of lamp post is gavanlization treatment. After treatment ,the surface must be smooth ,flat and gloss ,no wrinkle skin ,peeling ,spot and other defects, and the thickness of gavanlization film must be above 85 um. The adhesion conforms to GB2694-98 standard ,which makes sure no color fading within 8years .The rated wind velocity is 36.9m/minute,and the antiseptic life is more than 20 years.

3.Plastic spraying thickness of post surface is >100um.The adhesion conforms to GB9286-880 standard .Smooth surface ,hardness >2H.Adopt outdoor anti weather material and polyster powder for plastic spraying.

4.The technique and acceptance standard of lamp post both conform to the national standard. The design index is 1.8,and the design service life is more than 20 years.

The design for lamp post must be convenient for the threading of wire ,and the hand door adopts backpacks type. The bar must be smooth, and the error between the hump part and flat part of steel post must be less than ±1mm ,and good interchangeability between bar and door and good anti-theft and rain performance. Bar after  partial cut must do strengthen treatment to reach the original strength of the overall shot.
