Function:

1. This machine adopt semi-automatic chain paper-feeding, 

    can die cutting the carton molding one time.

2. Drive gears adopt high-quality steel precision finishing, adopt cycle spray 

    lubrication to supply oil, reduce noise and prolong the service life of gears.

3. Rubber roller and die roller adopt high-quality steel, the surface is grinded, 

    hard chrome plated. Balance correction, improve the operation stability.

4. Die roller and rubber roller automatically separate through air cylinder and eccentric 

    device under the condition of not die-cutting, reduce machine no-load, meanwhile extend

    the life of rubber roller and wooden die.

5. Adopt pneumatic type automatic lifting device with paper feeder system. 

  (when feeding paper, die roller is rising; stop feeding, die roller drop later, ensure each cardboard die cutting correctly)

6. Adopt mechanical transmission; rubber roller axis movement is 30mm, 

    and equipped with radial differential device, make rubber roller wearing average 

    distribution, greatly prolong use life.

7. With speed compensation device, automatic adjustment the rollers speed no need operator intervention, 

    ensure each batch of carton is the same size.
