Use and Characteristics:

This machine adopts chain feeding system and double roller rotary type. It can complete all procedures of slitting, creasing, corner cutting and hit special hole at one time. The functions of die-cutting E flute corrugated cardboard.

1. Automatic compensation of line speed can ensure die-cutting size same and right.

2. With automatic repairing function of upper roll, prolong rubber use life.

3. Adopts good-quality super durable polyurethane rubber from Taiwan.

4. Automatic horizontal movement in 40mm

5. The upper and low roller made of cast steel and chrome plated, the thickness is 30mm.

6. Body wall made of cast iron, thickness is 50mm.

7. Pneumatic with manual lifting cylinder system.

9. With an optical sensor, when feeding board, upper roller will down and press, without board will separate automatically.

10. Spray lubrication system.
