3 corrugated roller: 320mm-360mm
4 vacuum absorbable style transmitting cardboard equipment, with wind control
5 glue roller and upper roller and designed to groups guide way slippage load-unload, convenient and swift.
6 gimbals transmission, fission structure with unattached drive box, transmission more stable, close style gear transmission oiliness lubricated, prolong the use life of gear.
7 the upper corrugated and pressure roller and glue roller adopt pneumatic control
8 the axletree of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature resistant lube.
9 adopt elect motion paste insulation set, the glue parts running separately while the main motor stopped, prevent paste from drying up
10 electro motion adjusted figure show the glue quantity or manual adjust the glue quantity.
11 the upper-lower corrugated roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steed, after heat-treatm ent, the rigidity is HRC58-60 degree, the surface are whetted and plating chrome.
