Brief specification of iron core line reactor

The line reactor is used to prevent harmonics mainly generated by power source of inverter.It helps to ensure long time running of equipment by absorbing power disturbances which may otherwise damage motors and drives.Hence, the low voltage reactor is able to increase drive reliability of equipment.

Advantage of iron core line reactor

1. A line reactor can be used for adding line impedance. 

2. The inductor also serves to reduce harmonics. 

3. It is able to compensate for a low inductance motor. 

4. The low voltage reactor acts only as part of a filter to reduce reflected wave.
