1. Product Introduction

    TC series ceramic vacuum filter is a new type high-effect, saving-energy filtration equipment, which is gathering the machinery-power minihole ceramic ultrasonic technology into one. Depending on vacuum absorbing and capillary effect to come true the separation of liquid and solid. Apply to industry such as mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, environment protection broadly.

  The capillary action dewatering system is exceptionally versatile for the mineral and mining industries. The disc material is inert, resistant to almost all chemicals and slurry temperatures, and has a long operational life .

     Ceramic filter ensure high productivity and superior process results for mining applications. Efficient dewatering and washing, competitive investment costs, low installation and operating costs, and high environmental and personnel safety protection.

    Ceramic filter discs are formed with sintered alumina sectors that have a membrane with uniform microspores that create suction through capillary action. This micro porous filter medium allows only liquid to flow through. The filtrate is drawn through the ceramic discs as they are immersed into the slurry bath, and a cake forms on the surface of the discs.

2.    Working Principle

    Slime Absorbing Zone: Filter plate immersed in the slime while in operation produces a surface absorption of filter cake, with the action of capillarity and integrated with vacuum pressure. Filtrate enters distributing valve and drainage tank through filter plate.

    Leaching Zone: Filter cake coming out from slime hopper receives spray washing.

    Drying Zone: Continuous dehydration for filter cake is conducted with the action of high vacuum force.

    Discharging Zone: Scraper will automaticly discharge materials once entering the vacuum-free condition.

    Back Flushing: Service water of filtrate enters the ceramic plate through distributing valve and cleaning the blocked minihole entoleted. Cleaning with ultrasonic and low density acid after ceramic plate is used for one period to maintain the efficient service life of ceramic plate.

3. Features:

• High vacuum degree (0.090.098MPa), filter cake has low water content
• Solid content of liquid <50ppm, repeated application is available, drainage is lessened.
