Automatic vertical press filter

 Automatic vertical press filter use vertical structure, press process controlled by Microcomputer program. The press filter is made up of the main body, extrusion air station, high pressure air dry station, hydraulic system, automatic control system and observation system.

2,Plates structure introduction

   Slurry chamber: slurry and air dry chamber

   Extrusion water chamber: high pressure extrusion water chamber (or air chamber)

   Diaphragm (red): keep apart the slurry chamber and high pressure water chamber, and use the high pressure water (or air) to press the filter cake.

   Filter cloth: filter medium

   Filtrate chamber: the chamber for filtrate which were filtered.

3,the planar structure of the vertical press filter compared with the horizontal press filter

   The pre-coated, air dry and heating effect of the vertical press filter are better than horizontal one.

4,Features summary

     Vertical press filter is a high-effect, save energy and high automotive solid-liquid separator. It using the pressure of the pump, the gravity of the slurry and air pressure or water pressure to form the pressure difference on the both sides of the cloth, in order to achieve the efficient solid-liquid separation.
