Description:  

This horizontal glass washing & drying machine is designed for washing low-e glass and glass before laminating, the benefit of 4 pair of brushes(combined with soft brush and hard brush) and air-knife, generate a perfect washing and drying, will not leave any water strain on the glass surface. The working process is : flat glass washing and drying through roller transmission, goes through in-feed section, washing section, air knife cool air drying section comes out to the out-feed section. The washing section is well controled by PLC, and it is able to be completed lift up or low~down for the purpose of different thickness of glass.

1) Machine is adopted of stepless speed reducer.
2) Machine is conveying via gear, which is ensure stable convey.
3) The temperature of drying air could be set in advance.
4) One central control cabinet, easy and convenient for operation.
5) Two sides of the machine are with coverings (Those contacted to water is made of 304 stainless steel)
6) cleaning system adopts electrical adjustment, numeral display, easy to operate & maintain.
7) washing section is adjusted by electric motor, digital display, and can be elevated or lowered as a whole, the max. hoist height is 400mm.
8) can process different kinds of glass, like float, coating, or Low-e glass, etc.
