1.  The production line is combined by JS11 beveller, PG10 polisher and JWL washer.

2.  JS11 beveller and PG10 polisher adopts chainless ball bearing construction.

3.  JWL300 washer can wash the rearview mirror after polished. 

4.  PLC controlled, can be operated by manual or automatic mode.

5. Glass thickness, beveling width, angle, remaining thickness and speed are shown and adjusted by HMI.

6. Main transmission adopts chainless ball bearing construction, ensure steady transmission.

7. Speed of main transmission adopts frequency motor. The rear plates washing system and grinding system can ensure the steady level of the rear transmission. car glass machine
