Description:

Clean Air Shower room is a kind of partial clean equipment with rather strong universality and is installed at the partition between the clean and non-clean rooms. Its used for the personnel or matters to shower before entering the clean area. After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced to enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status.

Materials :

Outside case: 1.2mm cold rolled steel with powder coated or staniless steel(SUS#201 OR 304)

Inside case: 1.2mm cold rolled steel with powder coated or staniless steel(SUS#201 OR 304)

Doors: stainless steel 201, 304 or aluminum alloy

Base: stainless steel 201 or 304

Nozzles: SUS#304

Features:

1. The control system run automatically, the two doors electronically interlocked, with photoelectric sensor 

  (One door in open state, the other door must in close state. When people enter air shower, the system will shower automatically by photoelectric sensor)

2. Air shower time from 0 to 99 seconds which can be adjustable

3. Adopt Pre filters and HEPA filters

4 when air shower is used to pass cargo, it is without bottom-board.

Optional accessor

1. Automatical door by photoelectric sensor ( when person enter air shower, the door will open automatically, go out air shower, the door will be closed automatically.)

2. HEPA filter or ULPA filter

3. The case is used of cold-rolled steel plate / all stainless steel air shower / just stainless steel inside
