Description:

Air shower is a kind of partial clean equipment which is installed at the partition between the clean and non-clean rooms.

It’s used for people and goods to shower before entering the clean area. After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced to

enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status.

We can assembly air showers or passages in various lengths as per the number of people that may enter into the clean room.
Shower means: one side shower, double sides shower, three sides shower, top shower.

Features:

1. The control system: LCD control panel with human voice, electronic interlock and automatic blowing

2. Air shower time from 0 to 99 seconds which can be adjustable

3. Adopt Pre filter and HEPA filter

4. The case adopts high quality cold rolled steel with powder coated or stainless steel

5. The door, bottom-board, nozzles are used of stainless steel, good appearance.

6. When air shower is used to pass cargo, it is without bottom-board.

Optional accessory:

1. Double-leaf or single-leaf  Automatic-sliding doors by photoelectric sensor (when person enter air shower, the door will open automatically, go out air shower,

the door will be closed automatically.)

2. HEPA filter or ULPA filter

3. The case is used of cold-rolled steel plate / all stainless steel air shower / just stainless steel inside

4. Common fluorescent lamp / UV Sterilizer lamp
