Application

    This rubber sheet cooling machine cooperate extrude or sheeting machine to cool, mold and spray on isolator ingredient.

Structure & Features

joint device: roller transmission, frequency conversion; print device and vertical cut device is driven by cylinder.

isolator ingredient device: immerse and spray isolator ingredient. The immerse slot is welded by stainless steel and fetch conveyer catch the rubber sheet to the slot. Before the rubber sheet enter the slot, several tube spray isolator ingredient to the rubber sheet in order to avoid the adhesion of rubber sheets.

clamp and lift device: The belt is stainless steel material, which can reduce the liquid attach to the rubber sheet.

hanging and cooling device: increase the quanty of cooling fan.

atuomatic pick device: At the end of the cooling line, when the sensor detect the rubber sheet, the manipulator will pick the rubber sheet to the conveyer belt with a roller.

cutting device: the cutter is drive by cylinder, which can reduce cost.

swag device: The working table is driven by hydraulic force, and the swag device is driven by motor reducer and the connecting rod controls the swag. 

three position car device: In the three work station, the first position is waiting, the second is in working condition and the third is conveying to the next process, which can improve working efficiency.
