Application

This machine is used for rubber sheet cooling, lamination, collection after mixing in banbury mixing machine, plasticating, and sheeting in open mixing machine or double screws extruder.

Structure & features

This machine can be built on stilts or on the ground. Hanger rotates in a vertical circle with forced air cooling. The rubber hanging rod is driven by step cylinder and motor reducer. The machine mainly consists of main machine and electric control system. The host machine is made up of catching, printing and longitudinal cutting device, insulating, cooling agent and lifting device, weighing device, handrail, platform and support frame. Electric control system is integrated in a main control box and emergency switches are set in critical areas.

How it realize automatic production?

Standard equipped machine and higher grade can be chosen as the customer’s requirement. The higher grade machine is equipped with hydraulic automatic swaying, laminating and stacking device (it can stack the rubber sheet neatly and the offset of each rubber sheet layer is less than 100mm), device for pallet in and out automatically with three station, automatic rubber sheet catching and cutting device. This machine has realized unmanned operation with high degree of automation.
