Brief Introduction of Cassava Flour machine

 Bizoe cassava flour processing  line which is very  popular used in Asian and African market. This Cassava flour Process Line is applicable to small and middle 

scale dry flour producers, using fresh cassava as the raw material.

The processing technology is describing briefly as following: raw material washing, peeling off,  

general crushing, fine crushing, separating of residue and starch slurry, starch slurry refining, dewatering,  

airflow drying, dressing and packing.

> Washing &Peeling Section

To cassava, the material is sent to cage washer through scrape board to get the result of decontamination, 

 cleaning and peeling . Then through a paddle-washing slot, material is sent to crash section. 

We adopt the rasper to crash materials. Compared with traditional crasher, it has the large capacity,  

high starch dissociation degree features, which are essential to get high starch recovery. 

> Milling and grinding section

Grinding clean cassava root into cassava slurry to make it easy dewatering and drying.

> Drying section

Drying the dewatered cassava flour in the air dryer to get dry product.  

Dried flour reaches sieving system. High efficiency cooling starch sifter is used to cool flour  and get the best flour  viscosity.  

 > Frying section for garri  

  Food drying machine is equiped with a stirer. The speed rpm is adjustable.  A gas burner can be stored at the bottom of the wok.  It is suitable for  fry serunding, sagon ubi, cook chilli sauce, dodol 

    1) Our Garri Fryer is a stirring pot. Its heating method can be electic/gas.  

    2) This type fryer adopts the "Scraping Bottom Type" mixing and stirring. Heat conduction oil is its medium, so it is non-stick.  Mixing evenly, no dead angle, makes the material mixed more fully. 

    3) Two independent heating controlling systems, make heating temperature be regulated, and automaticlly controlled. 

    4)  No open flame, explosion, and fire danger.  

    5) Simple installation and easy operation. 

    6) Hand wheel-shaking discharging. It is efficient and practical.
