1. Brief Introduction of garri process plant:

Cassava garri processing plant used wet process, and donot add any addititives. the whole line adopts mature technology, advanced equipment, scientic and rational process. the processing of cassava into high quality garri invloses washing and peeling--crushing--press dehydration--frying--fine milling--packaging.

2. Flow Chart of garri processing plant:

> Cleaning section
Washing dry cassava from impurities such as dust and other impurities to get clean dry cassava.

> Milling and grinding section
Grinding clean cassava root into cassava slurry to make it easy dewatering and drying.

> De-hydrating section                                      

Sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.

> Drying section

Drying the dewatered cassava flour in the air dryer to get dry product.

> Product packing section

After drying, the cassava flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic pack

Packaging: small and regualr machine shall be packed with wooden case, then container; large and irregular machines shall be nake packed, then container.

Delivery terms: within 45 days after received your deposite(for whole production line), within 15days after received your deposite(for single machine)

Installation: Customer afford the passports, visa, doublefreight, accommodation and 100 USD per person per day as their salaries. The engineering period will be around 2 weeks at least normally. We will send 2-3 engineers.
