Compounding extrusion is a process that mixes one or more polymers with additives to give plastic compounds.Wood plastic pelletizing line is mainly used for mixed granulation of PVC/PE/PP material and wood powder and other additives.The product is usually in pellet form, to be used in other plastic-forming processes such as extrusion.
WPC pelletizing line consists of parallel twin screw extruder, die surface pelletizer, air cooling cutting cover and wind transmission system.Usually twin screw extruders are preferred because they give better mixing at lower melt temperatures.Most of these have screws and barrels made up of smaller segments(mixing,conveying,venting and additive feeding) so that the design can be changed to meet the production and product needs.
WPC material conveying device is composed of alloy screw with deep grooves, coarse pitch, big volume structure and barrel.The die adpots high-quality steel and plated flipping processing,reasonable distribution of flow crossings which can ensure the uniform extrusion of granules. With precision cutter,the cutting surface is even and smooth.Unique cooling structure combined with powerful cooling fan,cooling effect is better. High efficiency and low energy consumption,especially for wood plastic grain processing.
