At the normal temperature, some sensitive or sticky or elastic materials cannot be ground to a fine-grained powder, even when the grinding media are run at high speed. This grinding mill with liquid nitrogen adopts outer media freezing method to pulverize the materials to realize the heat exchange between material and liquid nitrogen, which can produce remarkably high fineness and is eminently suited to the size reduction of particularly difficult materials. The specific nitrogen consumption is dependent on the product and fineness.

This machine is using microcomputer control unit for volume and the amount of nitrogen. Microcomputer is to set automatic level control system as to customer's requirement, operators just need to set the expected value of fineness, then the intelligent control system will automatically adjust the temperature, the refrigerant valve size, the discharge rate,etc based on the argument point by the host current,chamber pressure machine and pipe flow.

Operating Principle of Cryogenic Pulverizer

This cryogenic pulverizer uses liquid nitrogen as cooling medium.When crushed material is achieved at the brittle fractured state,it goes into mechanical pulverizing chamber and repeatedly impacts,collides,shears,mills by high speed rotation of blade and gear to reach the optimal crushing effect.The milled material has airflow grading machine to classify and collect.If the fineness of material does not meet the requirements,it will return silo to continue grinding.The air conditioning mostly can be cyclic utilization.

Charateristics of Cryogenic Pulverizer

1. Optimal retention of aroma and strength, in contrast to normal grinding, where approx.15-43% essential oils are lost, while the loss with cryogenic grinding is minimal(approx.3-10%)

2. High grinding fineness,low energy consumption, output is 2-3 times than that of normal pulverizeing

3. According to the temperature of material embrittlement point, adjust the best crushing temperature

4. Material explosion-proof, anti-oxidation, trouble-free stable processing,etc
