| 1.Motion Track After exhaustive research and constant testing, the revolution and rotation speed of the blades are set to give the mixer a high mixing output without causing the segregation when mixing with materials of different size. The movement of the material in the trough is smooth and continuous. As shown in the picture, the motion track of the blades covers the whole trough bottom when complete the revolution week's rotation. |
| 2.Gearing System The transmission adopts a hard surface gearbox (our patented technique). Fluid clutch is installed between the motor and gearbox (optional), which can ensure the concrete mixer start up smoothly even in full load condition. The driving force provided by gearbox drives the mixing arms to revolution while rotation, and drives the scraping arms have a revolution. This drive mode makes the concrete mixer works more efficiently and more homogeneous. |
| 3.Security Device of the Maintaining Door Reliable, high-sensitive security switches is used to ensure the safe and convenient of the maintaining door. |
| 4.Discharging Device The discharging door could be opened both by hydraulic and pneumatic for different customer requirements. There are three discharging doors at most. Special sealing device is set on the discharging door for the reliable sealing function. |
| 5.Security Device of the Skip Hopper Security device of the skip hopper could protect the hopper head during the lifting process. |
| 6.The Hydraulic Power Unit Hydraulic power unit is specially designed to provide power for more discharging doors with manual device. During the emergency situations, the discharging doors can be opened by hand. |
| 7.Mixing Device Driven by the gearing system, the blades fixed on mixing arms and the scrapers on scraping arms could complete the compelling mixing by crushing and overturning the materials. |
| 8.Maintaining Door There could be three maintaining doors at most according to the requirements of customers. In the maintaining process, three doors could be opened all for the maintaining work. Special seal device ensure the environment-friendly function of the concrete mixer. |
| 9.Water Spray Pipe The water spray pipe installed with special designed sprayer which make the spraying water can cover more area while make the mixing more homogeneous. |
| 10.Observing Port There is an observing port on the maintaining door. You can observe the mixing situation without cutting off power. |
| 11.Spare Parts High-quality spare parts in storage could be sent to all our customers timely. |
| 12.The Skip Hopper (optional) The feeding door automatically opens when feeding, and closes when the hopper begins to descend which could prevent the dust overflow during the mixing. |
| 13.Temperature and Moisture Sensor To ensure concrete and prefabricated parts quality, sensors of temperature and moisture made in Bikotronic of German can be selected according to the requirements of the customers. |
| 14.Weighing System To ensure the accurate measurement of aggregate, powder and water. |
| 15.Dust Collecting Device The dust collecting device is working together with the concrete mixer in order to protect the working condition. |
