Main Features

Safety 

1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.

2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding.

3. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.

4. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas (C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

Environmental Friendly

1. Well water de-dusting system can avoid black smoke.

2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution

3. Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

Long service Life

1. Material: Q245R or Q345 Boiler Steel Plate, thickness 16mm.

2. Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong the service life of reactor to the max.  

Energy Saving

1. Well sealing for heating system, no gas leak and saving fuel.

2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating.

The total production consumption

1. Power: 120kw/hour in total (but it is not every device start at the same time).

2. Cooling circuit water: 100m³/hour in total (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the better the cooling down).

3. Fuel for heating:

30——40KG coal for processing one ton raw oil for average.

20——30KG diesel for processing one ton raw oil for average.

4. Space for machine: 3000square meter----3500 square meter (the smallest space).

5. Workers or shift: 4 to 6 workers which can be divided by two groups.

After-sale services

1. Delivery time- It will be 45 working days after we receive the deposit.

2. Installation and Training-Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your workers. The installation period shall be one month; otherwise, you have to pay extra salary for the technician with the price of USD80.00 per day. And the round tickets and accommodation shall be taken by customer.

3. Guarantee- The guarantee period of machine except spare parts will be one year.The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company.
