Used in urea prilling tower wall protective coating, also used for concrete, metal material anti-corrosion coating.Composition
1 Toluene diisocyanate is the main material.
2 The other is epoxy resin liquid
3 The last is catalyst
Ratio (weight ratio) for:
Ingredient 1: 2:3 = 100:10:0.35
Characteristics

Usage:
Use together with H06-2 Iron oxide red ,brownish yellow Polyurethane primer and S04-4 grey Polyurethane enamel,S07-1 black Polyurethane putty as in urea prilling tower wall protective coating, also used for concrete, metal material anti-corrosion coating.

Construction reference
1 Coordinate the three as the ratio requirements. Used all the coordinated paints in 6 hours.
2 Keep all the tools dry and clean.The coated object surface must be clean, dry, no acid and alkaline, bright and clean.
3 Thinner can use anhydrous Cyclohexanone and anhydrous Xylene (ratio :1 : 1).
Do not use alcoholic solvents.
