Perchloride Polyethylene Anticorrosion Paint

Specifications

Composition: It is made of high chlorinated polyethylene resin, modified resin, pigment, fi-ller, solvent and additive.

Characteristic: The film is weather-resistant, ozone-resistant, age-resistant, chemical-resistant, oil-resistant and enjoys flame retardancy.

Use: It is widely used on the steel structure, chemical equipment, oil tank, sea equipment, the equipment of the sewage treatment plant. This paint is antirust, anticorrosion and mildewproof.

Reference to construction: The paint is used in spraying, brush painting and roller coating. You can use the special matching diluent to adjust the viscosity. The film can dry by heating or it will dry in 48 hours in normal temperature. When the paint air dry you’d better use it after 1 or 2 weeks. When using the topcoat with the matching primer and micaceous iron intermediate coat paint, in order to prevent skiping we recommend:

Primer: perchloride-polyethylene-iron-red-anticorrosion-primer 1~2 layers

Intermediate coat paint: perchloride-polyethylene-micaceous-iron-intermediate-coat-paint 1~2 layers

Topcoat: perchloride-polyethylene-anticorrosion-topcoat 2 layers
