   1.Description 

 Characteristics and  Usage

Characteristics:

Due to this paint add Germany Rusty Antirust Solvent, it can react with substrate rusty layer and formed passive object, so it has excellent protection property of rusty steel substrate.

Excellent physical mechanical property,surface suitability, adhesion force,anticorrosion property, water resistance, dry quickly in low temperature, it can still firmed under -10°C.

Usage:

Mainly use for steel facility maintenance, also use for large steel   structure,steelfacility,equipment,pipeline anticorrosion, as a use of primers.

2.Specifications

Construction reference

1 Coordinate the three as the ratio requirements. Used all the coordinated paints in 8 hours.

2 Keep all the tools dry and clean.The coated object surface must be clean, dry, no acid and alkaline, bright and clean.

3 Do not use alcoholic solvents as thinner.

Technical datas

Mixing ratio: Host crystal/Firming agent=8/1(by weight)

Standard film thickness: Dry: 50μm/coat

Academic spreading rate: 0.12kg/ m²/50μm

Solid contents: 71.3%

Humidity requirement: below 85%

Substrate treatment

Remove loose oxide skin by hand or electric tools, there can be rust, but

the thickness is under 10 micron.

Applicable substrate: Unpainted steel

Applicable upper coatings: Compatible with most kinds of intermediate paints,finishes
