With radial tyre for example, 25% of steel wire can be processed into steel grit, as shipyard derusting, every tons of price is RMB5000, also can make steel ball for cement mill every tons of price is RMB6000. Main Processing:

1.steel wire drawer: separate the wire in the tyre.

 

2.whole tyre crusher: crush the tyre to 30-80cm chips

 

3.rubbing/cutting machine: coarse crushing, fine milling, separating steel wire etc .

 

4.rubber powder screener: grading the crude fibre and rubber powder.

 

5.Belt Iron separator: mainly applied for separating the iron materials from the rubber particles.
