Main production process: Pay-off -->Hot water washing-->Heat treatment furnace--> oil quenching --> Electrolysis alkali washing --> Hot water washing-->Lead quenching bath-> --> cooling --> oil coating --> Take-up

Heat treatment furnace: Protective atmosphere inside furnace pipe, Muffle type
Oil quenching bath: consists of quenching work bath, oil storage bath, pipe oil pump, plate heat exchanger, carbon deposit collecting filter, oil wipe device, temperature sensor, adjust valve and so on.
