Main features:
1. This vulcanizing machine is used for all kinds of vulcanizing mould,rubber and plastic mould products,and non-mould products.
2. Being a column structure and downward pressing trpe,the heating plate opens by the seif-weight of the heating plate,platfrom and plunger.The rising of the plunger makes the heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.
3. This engine base is combined together with the cylinder and base frame,which is made of ductile iron to increase the cylinder intensity and abrad ability,The cylinder is fitted with the sealing washer made of the oil-resisting rubber for the sealing purpose.
4. By moving the operational handle of the control value to the two different positions,the heating plate can open and close.
5. It uses the electric pipe for heating,thus makes the workshop clean with easy and reliable operation.
6. We can design and manufacture all kinds of no-standard rubber machinery according to the requirement of the customers.

Details of the plate vulcanizing press ( Frame type):
Made of nodular cast iron, the oil cylinder of machine is improved in compressive strength and wear resistance. Seal ring made of oil-proof rubber is placed in oil cylinder to have sealing effect in working process of this machine.
Combined oil pump, power source of the machine, provides working fluid with certain pressure. Working fluid enters into oil cylinder by control valve to make control handle on control valve turn to different places, and then embolism is able to ascend or descend.
Adopting tubular electric-heating component to heat up, the machine can reduce air pollution to keep workshop clean without boiler.
The machine is beautiful in shape, rational in structure, convenient in control, safe and credible as well.

The machine applies to vulcanizing various kinds of rubber and plastic model products as well as non-model products.
The machine is frame structure with below pressing form (upwards). Under the hydraulic pressure, the piston plunger ascends to make hot plate close for getting pressure, while the piston plunger descends (namely hot plate turning on) by deadweight of hot plate, platform and piston plunger to drive working fluid to fuel reserve tank to achieve the aim of descending (namely turning on).
