1. Model:

We will make the textile core conveyor belt according to our customers' requirements.

Vulcanizing press is the ordinary rubber vulcanization used in belt conveyor, nylon rope belt conveyor, PVG/fabric core parallel tapes. Host is frame structure, the hot plate and piston are using high quality materials and the processing has precision features, easy operation, wear and corrosion resistant, convenient maintenance, working pressure stable, convenient adjustment.

This unit is used to manufacture transmission rubber belt, conveyer rubber belt, slab rubber and special rubber products.

This unit consists of host machine, hydraulic control system and electrical control system, etc.

2. Performance introduction:

1). It is controlled by PLC and touch screen for manual control and auto control. The auto control can realize many auto works such as mould closing, air exhausting, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarming and discharging when mould opening etc; the touch screen will timely show the temperature of the heating platen at each heating zone.

2) .The hydraulic cylinder is made of ZG270-500, the ram in the hydrulic press is made of close-grained chilled cast iron by casting and fine grinding; the hydraulic cylinder is well sealed by YX shape sealing ring.

3).The guard edge of heating platen adopts hydraulic pressure automatic prop up iron, under the function of four oil cylinder, the iron cushion at two sides of the lower platen will advance and retreat at the same time; there are anti-superpose iron cushion device at the two sides of platen.

4) .There is a set of valve group of temperature adjusting device on each heating area for the platen. Under the controlling of PLC, it can guarantee the even temperature of each heating area.

5) .Hydraulic pressure system: We adopt the famous brand hydraulic pressure station from the domestic and abroad, under the controlling of PLC, it can realize the auto mould closing, air exhausting and load discharging when opening mould.

6).The in-phase balance device of the machine: there is an axis that runs through the machine sets below the platform, gear wheels and racks are designed on the two sides of the axis, which can guarantee the horizontal lifting for the platform.

7).The guiding device for mould closing: it is designed on the two sides of the lower mat platform, there are guiding seats for the frame board and platform, the guiding seats is produced with incline and the incline distance can be adjustable by the prop up screw.

8) .Mould opening booster: during the mould opening, the four oil cylinder below the platform will start working and forcibly pull down the platform, which can prevent the mould from sticking.
