Characteristics of the machines:

The support part of Steel angle is equipped with pressing device to clamp the steel angle cutting. The structural steel support has different size of square hole, round hole and easy for cutting.

There is adjustable pressure plate on working table, it can be adjusted according to thickness of plate to be cut. There is adjustable stop dog on working table which is used to fix and shearing. It can be adjustable at random. The flat steel and steel angle is carrying out the any angle cutting by the side fixed position.

The knife rest adopts integral type, there are four part can make the following cutting: steel angle, round steel, square steel, flat steel cutting and mould cutting of plate. If change the square steel and round steel part into other mould, it can make other cutting, such as channel cutting, I-beam cutting. The knife rest and cylinder is connected by hinge joint, the up part of the cylinder and machine body is connected by hinge joint. Under the function of cylinder, the knife rest is doing the arc swing and carrying the cutting.

The blade on the mould cutting part is fixed on knife rest, the down knife edge is made up by three pieces of blade, separately fixed on the down blade holder by screw, and the two sides of mould blade can be adjustable in order to ensure the correct blade gap.

In order that the plate can be cut at the right position, there is side stop dog and stop dog on mould cutting working table.

Punch die is fixed on the lower extreme piston pole of cylinder by locking nut, Lower die is installed on mould holder which fixed by screw.
