Tube:  customized Q235 welded steel tube or seamless tube

Shaft:   bright drawn steel to required bearing tolerance

Seals:  grease retaining inner seal with multi-layer labyrinth and retention cap with outboard rubbing flinger seal

Finish:  painting/rubber/galvanized

Welding: mixed gas shielded are welding end

Painting: ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting

Bearing:  single & double row deep groove ball bearing 2RZ & 2Z with C3 clearance

Shaft End: both ends of tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered

Lubrication: grease is lithium soap type grease with rust inhibitors
