ALC brick interface treating agent

ANT-184  ALC brick  interface treating agent  is made specially for ALC brick, it’s one kind of especial polymer modified portland cement based material that used for rendering and leveling, it has excellent binding property, it’s crack resistant and waterproof.

Applicable Scope    

It’s applicable to Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete bricks..

The base surface requirements:   

The base surface should be dry, solid, smooth, no crack, oil pollution and dust. The base surface should be wetted slightly if it is porous.

The mixing and coating technique  

1, please stir the mortar manually or electrically, pour the water into clean vessel and mix with mortar and stir at the same time until it becomes uniform thick paste, keep it still for 5 minutes, stir it again to use and do not need to add water.

 (the mix ratio of mortar powder to water is 25kgs to 5.0-6.0kgs).

2,please plaster the well-stirred mortar on the base surface by use of wooden shaving knife or the steel trowel, the thickness of mortar is 1-2mm,the amount of use for this product is 1.5-3.0kgs per square meter.

Attention:

Construction temperature is 5-35°C,the ready to used product should be used within 3 hours.

It should not be under the blazing son or in the rain when the outdoor construction is finished in one day.The interval is 24 hours between ALC brick adhesive and ALC brick interface treating agent construction

Storage and packing:  

This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place.

packing:25 kgs/bag, 24 tons per 1x20ft container.
