Wire materials:Brass wire, such as 65 brass(the brass proportion is 65% .the zinc proportion is 35%) and 80 brass (the brass proportion is 80%,the zinc proportion is 20%).

Feature :Brass wire mesh has the properties of acid resistance, good alkali resistance. wear resistance, anti-sparking and is resistant to atmospheric corrosion, salt air and brien.

Meantime brass wire mesh also has better resistance and lower electrical conductivity.

Application: 

Brass wire mesh (cloth) is frequently used as sieving and filtering materials in screening pellet, powder, porcelain clay and glass, chinaware printing, filtering liquid and gas. Brass wire mesh and wire cloth possess greater strength than copper wire mesh or bronze wire mesh. Copper wire cloth finds wide usage in traveling water screens, radio frequency interference shielding, sugar and marine applications.
