Working principle of  2014 sand rotary drum dryer :

The  sand, yellow sand,white sand,sea sand,river sand  is feed into the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then through the feeding tube of 

hopper feeder into the feed end. The feed pipe’s slope should be larger than the natural inclination of materials, 

so that the material flow into the dryer smoothly. Dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly tilted to the

 horizontal line. Material from higher elevations ,heating medium from lower elevations, of the two there is a 

counter-current contact, also exist heating medium with materials cocurrent flow into the cylinder. With the rotation of the 

cylinder material by gravity  run into the lower side. 

Wet materials in the process of moving forward in cylinder body, directly or indirectly get the heating medium’s heat to dry itself, and then discharge by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor. Inside the cylinder wall install plate, its function  is to raise the material and sprinkle in cycle, increase the contact surface between the airflow and material, to improve the drying rate and promote the material progress. 

The heating medium is generally divided into the hot air and flue gas, etc. After the heating medium 

through the dryer, generally need cyclone dust collector to  gathering fining materials in the gas. 

Processed by bag filter or dust washer again if it is necessary to reduce the exhaust dust content further.
