Tempering valve

(1)A Thermostatic Mixing Valve is a valve that blends hot water (stored at temperatures high enough to kill bacteria) with cold water to ensure constant, safe outlet temperatures preventing scalding.

(2)They shut-off rapidly in the event of a hot or cold supply failure to prevent scalding or thermal shock.

(3)TMV accurately control water temperatures for bathing, showering and hand-washing. They maintain pre-set temperatures - even if water pressure varies when other appliances are used. TMV can be fitted under baths and basins, be part of shower fittings, or as a feature of exposed hot and cold water mixers.

(1) HUMANITY: Control the mixing water from 20°c-50°c, the good temperature is 38°c for shower.

(2) SAFE: If the Cold water break off suddenly, Thermostatic Mixer will close automatically, Avoid Scald.

(3) Easy: good for younger and older, there is a safe lock button on the right handle(temperature adjust handle), if adjust the mixing water higher 38C, Thermostatic Mixer system request to press the button, prevent mistake adjust from scald user.

(1) In usually left for cold water, right for hot water, there is a marker on the body also, Blue for Cold, Red for Hot.

(2) If the inlet water temperature or pressure was varietied, the mixing water temperature will variation in ±2°c, adjust the termperature again.

(3) If the inlet cold and hot water pressure ratio is 8:1, please install the pressure-limiting valve.
