drinking water filter system/equipment/unit

1. Introduction

This is the RO system for producing pure water for boiler . The producing capacity is 5000L/H.The water supply is tap water. The water is first being removed the suspended matter, micelle and other impurity by the quartz sand filter. Then it is being got rid of the organic substance, chlorine, chromo, odor and etc by the active carbon filter and softener filter. The above device composes the consummate pretreatment system. The water which is being pretreated reaches the requirement of the RO system. So as to make the RO equipment run stably during a long period.

The abio-salt, organic substance, bacteria, heat source and other impurity in the water have been removed after the water was being treated through RO system. The ratio of salt-doffed is in the range of 97%-99%.

There are two modes of operation in the system: auto and manual. The system runs automatically by adopting Water Sensor, and Pressure Sensor. The system can produce water automatically in the mode of auto. It is friendly used and safe.

2. Technical process

Raw water→ Raw water tank→ Raw water pump→ Machine filter→ Active carbon filter→ Softener→ Security filter→ high –pressure pump→ RO→ Pure water tank.

As shown on the attached filtration spectrum, our water treatment machine is composed of the following in basic for covering all the filtration part according to the spectrum with different filter parts, after we check your raw water test report ,as it shows that the TDS , hardness ,Cl content is much high , so a water softer (to low down the TDS and remove Mg Ca ) also it should work with the chlorine removal device and scale inhibition device , as of the parts before Ro system is called pretreatment machine ,which can provide good protection of the ro membrance ,and ensure long life-span .

The first 3 parts we call it pre-treatment, and the pre-treatment part will be designed compatiable with the RO part according to specific water condition from the buyer, the following devices can be an optional choices to be added into the pre-treatment part for optional choice for customized water treatment purpose:

1. Resin water softener with automatic backwash control

2. Pulsafeeder brand PAC chemical dosing machine for anti-scalant chemical dosing, for Chloride removal, for PH ratio adjustment

3. PLC control system

Our water treatment system has single pass type and two grade type with "HYDRANAUTICS" brand RO membrane in basic, "FILMTEC" desalination RO membrane for optional choice according to customer's water condition, pure water output capacity we have machines ranging from 300L/H to 20,000L/H in basic, larger system will be upon customer request.
