2.Introduction

5 GALLON 60B/H water production line adapts PLC advanced control technique ,full automatic washing and filling . Simple structure and convenient maintain. It is a new kinds of barreled water auto-producing line,which integrates mechanism,electricity and pneumatic technologies together.

3.Main machine: 1) Semi-automatic bottle discapper and inner-outside washing machine(YX-4) .
              2) Automatic 5 gallon bottle washing filling capping machine(XG-100/J 60BPH)
              3) Cap sterilization machine
              4) 5 gallon bottle checking and sealing with 2M convayer.
              5)Air compressor system     
 The paraments is the basic device for a 60BPH 5 gallon line ,which is semi-automatic with low processing capacity .
If you want to have big capacity ,we have 120BPH ,200BPH and 500BPH for your choice.
