Before sales serbice: as we are keen on provide complete bottled water machine service , we can make design on bottle mould&plant layout sesign service , also ,if you have any special requirement ,we can update our machine on your basic .



After sales Service Terms: we provide one year limited warranty*1  and life long support service for all of our products.
 During the warranty period, if any product purchased from our company malfunctions, we will provide necessary technical support, or even send engineers to solve the problem with the buyer providing proper accommodation, all the fees for transportation(the air tickets to you for economy class), insurance and medicines, and salary for our engineers*2 and 1 translater,the sallary based on USD60 per day.

Answer: no matter you are english language man , spanish ..ect... we can get translate the manuel with your requirest language and update the PLC and touch screen with your language , make it easy for your operation .
