Installation Request

1. Water pool include five pools (4 pools are ok), the standard size of grit chamber is 2*2.5*2m, other pools are 2*2*2m.

2. The space request is 20-30 square meter if water pool is on the ground; it just need to have a mainframe space if water pool is under the ground.

3. Power request of electrical source can’t be less than 3kw

4. AC380V,3 phase 4wires (three live line, the line section is not less than 4mm2;one line connect ground, the line section is not less than 2.5mm2,guarantee connect ground in safety)

Techniques Introduction

 This system make waste water clean mainly by quartz sand multilayer filter

& activated carbon adsorption etc. multiple processing. First waste water will

stop some time in initial settling pool(or called oil removal pool) in order to

make quantities of silt & larger SS into pool bottom fully, and then enter into

waste water buffer pool in order to remove more petroleum substances. Thirdly

start multiple filtering by purified water pump pumping into quartz sand filter

drum, this step will filter left silt & small SS existed in left waste water; finally

proceed adsorbing by activated carbon adsorption device in order to absorb

abstergent & petroleum substances, also the activated carbon has color &

taste removal function.

full auto sewage recycle system use standard relay control circuit, and realize filte, backwash, flow out and water replenishing by control operation

Installation & debug

Put machine into a planed place,and fasten by M12expansion bolt

Connect input water,output,front wash,back wash etc.pipe line conrectly;and connect machine,water,electricity & other devices required by buyer in suit. Finally begin to

debug while checking no error carefully.

first debug by normal wash, and then debug by back wash while water flow is steady by normal wash; finally can use in normal if everything is ok.

Safety

1. Corresponding load thermal relay is matched on the main circuit in case of motor water pump overloaded.

 2. Liquid level detecting probe is installed in the clean water pool, and can detect water level. When water level is too low, it can light shortage water signal automatically, and begin water level alarm. 

 3. Overflow pipe is settled in each water pool, it can flow out easily when water level is too high. 

 4. Air pipe is installed in sewage pool, it can prevent water stink by compressing air periodically.
