Air Pipe

Made of Galvanized steel sheet consisted of 4 pieces of

 Straight pipe 750*750*1000, and 1piece of elbow.

Nozzles

60 units ceiling nozzles with 3 sets of centrifugal fan.

 3×1.5KW.Air flow is 15000 m3/h,special for water

 based paint spraying and drying.

 nonwoven filter bags,it can  capture granules larger than 10μm.

Ceilng filter

 The air cleanliness in the working environment

Exhaust filter

Special configure with M pattern active carbon pocket filter system.

Control System

Touch Screen Control

Touch screen control, the system is composed of

PLC, Converter, Air pressure transducer and Snyder
